By downloading or using Deck of Cards, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Deck of Cards is a free virtual multiplayer card game for iOS. Online play is facilitated through a server we operate at cards.himon.dev. Game rooms are ephemeral — all state is held in memory and automatically deleted when all players disconnect or after one hour of inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or server at any time, with or without notice.

Online play requires an active internet connection. Nearby mode requires Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and works without an internet connection. We are not responsible for connection failures, packet loss, or any degraded experience caused by your network conditions or service provider.

You choose a display name before joining a game. This name is visible to other players in the same room. You are responsible for the display name you choose. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonating, or otherwise harmful.

You agree not to use Deck of Cards to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt game sessions.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app without authorisation.
• Probe or attack our server infrastructure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Deck of Cards. Because no personal data is stored beyond an active session, there are no additional restrictions related to children's use.

Deck of Cards is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game sessions may be lost due to server restarts, network interruptions, or inactivity timeouts. Use the app at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deck of Cards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of a game session or inability to connect.

The Deck of Cards app, including its design, code, and assets, is the property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without explicit written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use of Deck of Cards after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
